La Fornasotta Necklaces Murrina and gold snail Murano Glass

This magnificent snail is made of blown transparent glass in which surface are melted multicolored section of canna.
A 24 Kr gold leaf is applied, under heat, on the surface. According to the tradition of glassmaking in Murano, no glue had been used to make this piece. See below all the available animals.
